STATEMENT – a gel polish collection by BIBLIOTEKA, created for bold accents that speak louder than words.

It’s about contrast, depth, and color energy that instantly captures attention. From nude gray to neon blue, each shade has its own character and never gets lost in the overall look.

Rich pigmentation allows for dense coverage in 1–2 thin layers. The controlled consistency ensures smooth, even application without flooding. The shades retain their intensity after curing and throughout wear. This collection is all about an accent that cannot go unnoticed.

Recommendations for use:

  • Perform standard nail plate preparation: mechanical prep, then apply BIBLIOTEKA Dehydrator and BIBLIOTEKA Ultrabond.
  • Apply BIBLIOTEKA Rubber Base or BIBLIOTEKA Scotch Base (if enhanced adhesion is required) and cure under LED for 60 seconds.
  • Apply gel polish in a thin layer and cure.
  • Repeat application if necessary.
  • Finish with BIBLIOTEKA Clear Top UV, Clear Top No UV, or Fog Top.
