CARBIDE PRO and CARBIDE COLD Series Bits are drill bits with diamond coating and a carbide base designed for skin treatment.
They feature different types of coatings.
Bit description: diamond coating with “diagonal lines” — promotes cooling, the bit does not heat up and is not felt on the skin, and is more rigid.
Manufacturing features:

The base is made of tungsten nanocarbide, making it resistant to temperature, moisture, and steam

Each bit is checked for radial runout, and the coating is inspected under a microscope

Diamond particles are additionally sieved, ensuring uniform geometric shape and perfectly even coating distribution

The special Cold and PRO coating shapes help remove dust and improve efficiency
Usage recommendations:

Speed: 15,000–20,000 RPM for devices with a power of 60–65 W

Disinfection: use a disinfectant solution for diamond bits

It is not recommended to clean diamond bits with metal brushes; instead, use a stiff-bristle toothbrush
